DIRECTIONS

Settle into the comfy chair
after you move the cat;
read some humor or satire,
rhyming rants of fools & liars.

The Oldest Profession

EVERYBODY HOE'S

"The Economy" can reduce you and me,
in a time zone we don't see,
by treachery to beggary.

From whence this power, this majesty,
to design both future and history?
It's their game board,
we're the play pieces,
and we buy it!
At Walmart!

Through wars, murders, trickery
their sins are thick and slippery
as is their weaponry.
The oldest job, speaking professionally.

Why not caste the sale of the body
as lawlessness by the one who bought it?
T'was men forged the "First Professionality"
as trickery, treachery, war-eality.

Prostitution followed as the #two!
Give credit to whom that's due;
spoils belong to the winner's caste.
Women are spoils;
thus are we laid waste.
